Our boarding house combines the freedom of having your own flat with the service of a hotel – right in the heart of Lehel, one of the quietest neighbourhoods in Munich’s city centre.
54 apartments in six categories – Business, Comfort, Family, Deluxe, Superior and Penthouse – offer space for solo travellers, couples, families and teams. Every apartment has its own kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen. In the building you will also find an outdoor sauna, washing machines and tumble dryers, luggage lockers and 24-hour safe check-in.
Whether you are looking for holiday apartments in Munich for a city break, flexible accommodation in Munich for a business trip or temporary housing in Munich for a project, a relocation or your studies – every stay is handled by the same building and the same team. Lettings begin in autumn 2027, and we are already happy to take enquiries.
Who we are
residir GmbH, the operator
The boarding house is operated by residir GmbH, a company that lets holiday flats and apartments across Germany. Its managing director is Daniel Schulz – he is responsible for furnishing all 54 apartments and is happy to answer questions about your stay personally.
Day to day, our guest relations team is your point of contact: from choosing the right apartment to your quote and your arrival.
Our location
Between the Isartor and the Isar
Lehel lies on the left bank of the Isar, between the Old Town (Altstadt) and the English Garden. Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt and Maximilianstraße are all within walking distance, and the Lehel U-Bahn station (U4, U5) and Isartor S-Bahn station are just a few minutes’ walk away.
